Design      

The thing feels fancy. Metal frame, glass or eco-leather on the back (that’s right, options), and it’s not a fingerprint magnet. At 212 grams, yeah, it’s got some weight, but it isn’t unwieldy. It’s got IP68/IP69 ratings, so unless you’re planning to launch it into space, it’s basically indestructible. The colors? Burning Gold is flashy as heck. The camera bump doesn’t stick out like a sore thumb either, unlike… coughs Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Display

It’s a 6.78-inch OLED, 144Hz, and it just looks awesome. Scrolling feels like butter, the colors are punchy, and you can stare at it in direct sunlight without squinting like a mole. Eye protection is solid—good for doom-scrolling at 3am. Bezels aren’t the thinnest out there, but honestly, who cares?

Cameras

Three 50MP sensors—main, ultrawide, telephoto. The main one takes crisp shots with OIS, the ultrawide doubles as a macro lens (flowers, bugs, whatever), and the telephoto gives you 3x optical, 50x digital. Surprisingly, the zoom pics don’t look like watercolor paintings. Night shots? Not perfect, sometimes the colors go a bit cray-cray, but mostly solid. The selfie cam is no joke either—great for narcissists and group chats alike. Video’s smooth, but don’t expect Hollywood magic.

Battery & Charging

Battery life is straight-up wild. Two days, no sweat. It charges stupid fast too—90W wired, so you can chug half a charge in 20 minutes. No wireless charging, which feels a bit 2022, but the wired speed makes up for it. Also, it doesn’t get all toasty while charging, thanks to some smart cooling.

Software Experience

MagicOS 9 is mostly clean, and it’s got some neat AI tricks, like guessing what you want before you do (sometimes creepy, sometimes useful). The fingerprint scanner is fast, gestures are smooth, but there’s some random bloatware you’ll want to nuke immediately. Updates? You get three years of OS, which is… okay, but Samsung does better.
